A:接通電源
B:打開電源開關,根據真空包裝的要求設定真空時間.
C:根據真空袋的材質來設定封口溫度和封口時間.
D:放置產品到封口條上.
E:壓下真空蓋開始抽真空，另外一個真空室開始放置產品．
Ｆ：當達到一定真空度后，進入封口程序．
Ｇ：封口結束后進入冷卻狀態，然後放氣．包裝完成．
Ｈ：把真空室蓋壓向另一個真空室開始另一個真空循環．
本機有兩個真空室輪流工作，上、下工作室全部採用不鏽鋼材料製成，結構合理，氣密性好，美觀耐用，並符合食品衛生與防腐要求，上工作室裝有一組熱壓封口裝置，並採用平衡結構，可在任何位置停留，並有緩衝保護。
本機具有真空抽氣、封口、印刷產品標籤一次完成功能，真空度由時間電位器設定開關調節，封口溫度分五檔調節，以變壓器加熱電壓的高低來達到不同的封口溫度，熱封時間採用數字顯示時間繼電器來控制，本機採用換字方便、印字清晰的印製產品標籤裝置，以符合國家食品標籤法的規定。
該機具有設計 、功能齊全、性能穩定可靠、使用範圍廣、封口強度好、包裝能力強、經濟效益高、使用方便等特點，是目前較理想的真空包裝機。 包裝材料：各種復合塑料薄膜、塑料鋁箔，如，滌綸/聚乙烯、滌綸/聚丙烯、尼龍/聚丙烯、聚丙烯、尼龍/聚乙烯、滌淪/鋁箔/聚乙烯、尼龍/鋁箔/聚乙烯。

This machine can finish one time with vacuum pump, sealing and printing label. The vacuum is adjusted by Timer, sealing temperature have five 5 shelf regulations, it can arrive different sealing temperatures by the heating pressure of transformer. The sealing time is controlled by relay of digital time show.This machine introduce printing label equipment which is exchanging words conveniently and printing clear.
